What can parents and shools do to stop bullying..

I use the internet source because I found a very important article about what can parents do to stop the childhood bullying.
These article talks about how can the parents and the schools could see when a boy is bullying, there are some acttitudes to see it and to have a goos self-stem for not been more bullying.
